The excursion is done by a teacher of the Russian Language and Literature at the school No6, Aigul Karimovna Azhimova. She finished school No6 and she's been working at the school for 15 years now and is a first class teacher.

There is an excursion that leads you through a life of amazing people. Our excursion will take place at the school museum where there is an exposition devoted to the interesting life of Karim Sisenov who is an honoured construction worker of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Kazakhstan, and a Cavalier of the Order of Lenin. He lives in Selstroi area of Atyrau and his life can be a good example for you to follow.
Autobiography
Karim Sisenov was born on the 20th of September, 1929 in the Makhambet Baksaiskiy region (“Yamankala” in old days). In 1941 his father went up the line. Karim being a 12 year old boy went to work at the worksmen's cooperative association “Red October”. He had to help his mother to bring up his sisters and brothers. The slogan “Everything for the front, everything for the victory!” was followed by every Soviet man and Karim has been putting his own efforts into achieving the Great Victory.
Work experience
Work at Specialised Construction and Installation Administration No1.
In 1953 he was transferred to Specialised Construction and Installation Administration No7 and worked as a bricklayer and in 1954 he became a foreman.
He's worked for 21 years as a bricklayer and was supervising the team.
He retired in 1985 but he still carried on working.

Achievements
From 1956 y – a member of Al-Union Leninist Young Communist League. In 1959 and in 1963 he was an elected a delegate of the City Committee of Delegates. On the 2nd of April, 1970 h e was honoured with the jubilee medal “For Valorous Labour”. From 1961 he was a member of the Communist party of the Soviet Union. On the 7th of August, 1965 he was given the rank of an “Honoured construction worker of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Kazakhstan”. On the 11th of August, 1966 he became a Cavalier of the Order of Lenin, No 340375 by the Decree of the Presidium of Supreme Soviet. From 1966-1969 he was a member of the presidium of UCCTU. In 1983 he was honoured with a mark of distinction “The Mentor of the Youth”. In 1984 he was honoured with the medal “The veteran of Labour” In 1992 he was given the rank of a personal pensioner of national status. On the 21st of March, 1995 he was awarded with a jubilee medal “50 years of Victory in Great World War 1941- 1945”.

If installation is done poorly then I have to fix and do the unfinished work. But if everything is done as it needs to be done then your soul is happy. Therefore one needs to love what he's doing. Every construction worker who is going on site has to think about it and he should ask himself: “Do I really like this job?”.

Today Karim Sisenov is a personal pensioner of the national status. He's been living in peace and harmony with his wife Sanim for 50 years now. He grew up and brought up ten children, 25 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
